Every collaboration gets its own written agreement.
Content on this site belongs to Ava Reyes unless stated otherwise.

By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree with any part of them, please don’t use the site.
These terms apply to everyone who visits the site, including brands, agencies and followers.

You may browse, share and link to pages for personal and non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape or republish content, or use the site in a way that could damage it or interfere with other visitors.

Every paid collaboration is confirmed in a separate written agreement covering deliverables, timelines, usage rights and fees. Rates shown on this site are starting points and are not binding offers.
A booking is only confirmed once the agreement is signed and any deposit has been received.

All photos, videos, text and designs on this site belong to Ava Reyes or are used with permission. Brand logos belong to their owners and are shown to illustrate past work.
Usage rights for commissioned content are licensed per project and set out in each agreement.

Unless agreed otherwise, a 50% deposit secures your dates and the balance is due within 14 days of delivery.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before a shoot are charged at 50% of the project fee to cover time and costs already committed.

Some posts and pages contain affiliate links or sponsored content. These are always clearly labelled, in line with advertising guidelines, and I only partner with brands I genuinely use.

This site is provided “as is”. I do my best to keep information accurate and up to date, but I can’t guarantee it is always complete, and I’m not liable for losses arising from its use.

I may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site means you accept the latest version.
