Process

How I plan a month of content in one day

One messy table, three coffees and a system I’ve used for four years. Here’s exactly how a whole month of posts gets planned before lunch.

Every creator I know has a version of the same problem: the ideas come at 2am and the deadlines come at 9am. For years I tried to fix it with apps. What finally worked was a single day, once a month, with nothing on the calendar but the calendar.

Start with the drops, not the posts

Before I write a single caption I map every launch, fitting and event for the month. Brand deadlines go in first, then my own collection dates. The posts fill the gaps between — never the other way round.

The three-bucket rule

Every week gets one piece of work, one piece of process and one piece of personality. It keeps the feed from feeling like an ad, and it keeps me from running out of things to say.
