Styling
The fitting-room rule that changed my feed
If a look doesn’t survive a phone camera in bad light, it doesn’t make the feed. The simple test behind my most-saved outfits.

Studio light forgives everything. Fitting-room light forgives nothing. That’s exactly why every outfit I post has to pass a thirty-second test under the worst light I can find.
Why bad light is the best editor
Fabric that looks expensive under softboxes can look flat on a phone at 6pm. If the silhouette still reads, the colour still holds and the texture still shows, the look is ready for the grid.
What I check in thirty seconds
Shape from three angles, colour against a white wall, and how it moves when I walk towards the camera. If it fails one, it goes back on the rail.
